Create interactive and paperless exhibition stands based on our FairWays solution and provide a unique visitor experience
In today's world, the issue of sustainability is more important than ever. FAIRWAYS aims to increase both the sustainability and effectiveness of trade fairs for all parties involved. In order to achieve these goals, the focus is on the digital exchange of information, which replaces flyers, product brochures or catalogues. An immediate improvement in sustainability thus takes place through the reduction of printed materials. Furthermore, digitalisation enables an insight into the visitor and information behaviour at the exhibition stand to be gained and used.
Our software solution FairWays offers a platform that connects visitors and exhibitors via NFC. The trade fair visitor is given the opportunity to collect information digitally and store it on a physical NFC product (bracelet, cards, tags, etc.). The exhibitor enters his information into the platform and makes it collectable by means of scannable exhibits. These contain an active NFC reader/writer that scans the visitor's NFC product and links it to the available information on the exhibit.
The visitor thus collects the information relevant to him and generates an anonymous or personalised user profile (depending on whether registration is required at the beginning or not). This user profile shows the exhibitor, for example, which of his products experience the greatest demand / duration of stay. If the registration is also personalised, the after-sales service can address the visitor specifically to his needs.
