The SmartEm Cloud enables intelligent, NFC-based product labels that reveal all product details per Scan, also enabling complete testing and documentation of the labelled product.
Rescue equipment is subject to high demands both in terms of guaranteed resilience and care and maintenance in everyday use. Due to the given space conditions, a product label can only record a fraction of this information. SmartEm has therefore approached us in order to jointly realise an intelligent product label that makes comprehensive detailed information available with any smartphone.
The developed SmartEm cloud solution not only offers a detailed presentation of the product information but also the possibility to activate the product and link it to a customer account. During activation, the location of the product is recorded for inventory purposes and the maintenance aspect is provided. A simple scan can be used to perform product checks using a guided checklist. The results are digitally recorded and archived.
Thus, the intelligent SmartEm product label provides the necessary information at any time, guaranteeing reliable and safe use.
