NFC-URL enables a flexible link management, which allows the statistical analysis of the URL calls.
Once an NFC tag is encoded with a URL and write protection and distributed, the URL target cannot be updated. New content can therefore not be presented to the respective target group without further ado.
To update the URL target of an NFC tag at any time without having to re-encode the NFC chip was the objective of the portal NFC-URL.
For this purpose a unique NFC-URL is generated and encoded on the NFC chip. Each NFC-URL can be routed to a target URL in the backend of the system. The respective target URL can be reset at any time and its calls evaluated.
NFC-URL thus enables flexible URL management, even if the NFC chip is no longer in range. Furthermore, the NFC-URL is deliberately kept short so that an NXP NTAG213 can be used and any QR codes generated for this purpose can be correspondingly coarse.
