Social media has become an integral part of everyday life for many
people and quite a few are active on more than one service to consume or
create content. In practice, however, sharing accounts quickly
encounters the problem of different user names or identifiers in the
individual portals, as the desired name is already taken.
With
the Social-vCard we have created a possibility to simplify and support
networking. With the Social-vCard, the user receives an NFC sticker
which, after activation, enables storage of all social media profiles.
With an additional profile photo and a personal message, a clear display
of social media activities is created. On the road, these social media
profiles can now be easily shared via NFC scan.
The Social-vCard thus offers an aggregated presentation of all social media profile data, which can be updated at any time. Scans are counted and are displayed in the backend. In summary, this NFC smart use case demonstrates the use of an NFC product as a practical everyday companion enabled by our smart platform solution.
