NFC product labels for the digital inventory of installed CWS-Boco products
The innovative Smart-Mate device series developed by CWS-Boco combines the reliability of well-known hygiene solutions with intelligent additional functions, such as filling level detection. In order to make the installation and maintenance of these products more efficient, a platform has been developed on the basis of the White Label Cloud, which makes detailed product information on the stored products available via scan and also accompanies the product throughout its entire life cycle.
By means of individual NFC labels, the tagged CWS product is assigned to the concrete product class in the white label cloud and thus makes detailed instructions available with a click. By activating a product, the administration of the complete life cycle begins firstly by collecting information on the location of use and secondly by recording all maintenance processes via a guided questionnaire. The white label cloud thus provides a central insight into all actively installed products and simplifies the planning and allocation of maintenance runs and technicians.
