The training institute WbI GmbH relies on NFC technology to obtain customer feedback more easily and directly. By simply scanning the rating display, customers can immediately access the Google rating, which lowers the hurdle for feedback. In this way, Weiterbildungsinstitut WbI GmbH strengthens the trust of potential customers and continuously improves its services.
At a committee meeting of the Essen Chamber of Industry and Commerce, we were informed about NFC and its possible applications by an employee of NFC21. We then tried out an exhibitor for Google ratings and were impressed by its appearance and quality. The display is an eye-catcher at our reception and helps us to attract more customers than before for Google reviews about us.
